Over 400 IPPA members traveled to Las Vegas to attend the 2022 IPPA Spring Summit, March 2-4. General Sessions covered important topics including turning the great resignation into a great reengagement, leading progress in a world of change and valuing and charging for your time. Breakouts were offered in the areas of marketing and operations such as, niche marketing and leveraging technology to create operational efficiencies.
The meeting also offered ample networking time, bringing together the group for the first time in two years. The pinnacle of the event was a Throwback Prom complete with the crowning of IPPA's 2022 Prom King and Queen.
